Training Day 23 This is where it gets serious. Three training sessions today.
0700-0800: Swimming 0800-0900: Weights (Upper Body) 0900-1700: Rest 1700-1900: Ergo (Rowing Machine) It may seem weird to have an evening ergo session after having a morning weights session. But it is because I did the evening session with someone else, meaning I could only squeeze in the weights in the morning. Besides- Rowing is all about the lower body muscles, not the upper body muscles I worked out at the gym earlier in the day. |
