How can I help? I specialise in sports massage therapy for swim/cycle/run/triathlon. I can support your training and competition goals by helping to prevent injury or support speedy recovery and help give your body the best chance to perform to your potential.
I am familiar with the types of injuries and issues that can arise for people active in these disciplines and I will work closely with you using a thorough consultation, deep tissue massage, advance stretching techniques and strengthening programs.
Being active in multisport myself, I thrive on helping people stay in the game too.
